Site Preparation.

We require a copy of your accessory structure permit, which can be obrtained at any local township office. Normal requirements are anything that exceeds 108 square feet of ground area. For more information regarding accessory structure permits, please click here.

All necessery permits are the sole responibility of the home owner

Prior to delivery of your product, you are responsible for the preparation of your site. We require that a base be installed, either a concrete patio or an existing deck or gravel base. If you have questions about site preparation, email us or call us at 866-556-9331.

Please note: We require a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery after date of purchase.
